About the Author

I became very ill at the age of six, and as a result I experienced many physical and emotional problems in the years that followed.

It seemed like these things would never go away, and life was emotionally very difficult for me and I was resigned to the fact that I’d never really be fully healthy again. 

Fortunately, the flower remedies Dr. Bach discovered totally transformed my life, both physically and emotionally.

I overcame deep depression; a troubling obsessive compulsive disorder; and I ceased to be a hypochondriac—to name a few of the improvements. 

My lingering physical problems from childhood finally came to a resolution, and frequent intense neck pain disappeared as well.

I became kinder as well as less critical and bossy—and began to overcome years of self-doubt and lack of confidence.  Life just generally just got a lot better and more enjoyable and worth living again. 

It took me a while to get to the point where I am now, but that’s because I had to figure out what worked and fight through all the negative feelings I had to really learn and implement this remarkable system.
